I ship worldwide from Colorado, USA.

All items will be shipped withing 2 business days after payment has been received unless otherwise stated in the item’s description.

Domestic Shipping

I ship from Colorado and will apply the current 8.21% sales tax on all orders shipped to any destination within the State of Colorado. All other U.S. States and its Territories are exempt from taxes.

All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation.

You will receive an email notification with USPS tracking information when your order has shipped. Looking up your tracking number provided in your shipment notification email on USPS.com will show you the progress of your package up to the point of delivery.

Your package should arrive 3-10 days from the date of shipment depending on where you live in the US.

Any package confirmed as delivered by USPS will not be replaced.

If you have special shipping requests (e.g. insurance, expedited, gift wrapping, etc.) let me know by leaving instructions when purchasing or sending me an email so that we can work out the details and determine the shipping price.

Loss & Damages

Creative Fibers LLC d.b.a. Nikki’s Studio is not responsible for lost items or damages to your items due to carrier handling.

In the event you do not receive your package within the allotted shipping time, please contact me for assistance in finding your order via USPS.

However, if your item is lost you must file a lost claim with USPS.

If you receive your order and it is damaged due to mishandling of the carrier, you must file a claim with USPS or your specified carrier.

International Shipping

All orders and shipping costs are processed in U.S. Dollars.

All international shipments are exempt from US taxes. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

Shipping costs vary by international destination and size of package. Your order will be automatically processed with U.S. shipping rates by the website. Upon receipt of your order I will send you a PayPal invoice for any difference of the initial shipping cost charged by the website and the actual shipping rate of your country.

All international orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

USPS International Shipping does NOT include package tracking outside the United States. Looking up your tracking number on USPS.com will show you the progress of your package up to its last location inside of the US. From there, it is up to the receiving country and its postal system to continue package tracking.

International shipping times can vary dramatically. It may get delayed in customs, by local postal systems or even get lost by the receiving country’s postal system. Creative Fibers LLC d.b.a. Nikki’s Studio is not responsible for ANY international shipping delays – we have no influence over foreign governments or their postal systems. Please be aware that packages can be delayed for many reasons beyond our control.

Any shipment listed by USPS as departed from the U.S. will be considered complete. You may have note received the package personally yet, but any shipment made to the shipping address provided by the customer will be considered fulfilled once it has left the Unites States. We cannot be responsible for the package once it has departed from the US.
