Patterns
Patterns are clearly marked as such so that there should be no confusion about what you will receive – a downloadable PDF file.
There is no refund for pattern purchases.
Finished Items & Kits
If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me via email withing 5 business days of receiving your order so that we can work out a solution.
If an exchange has been authorized,
- Send the purchase back in its original condition, unworn, including all original packaging and documentation.
- The returned item(s) are your responsibility until it reaches me.
- You will be responsible for the postage of the returned parcel.
- The replacement item will be sent to the original “ship to” address upon receipt of the original item, subject to product availability.
- Exchanges are subject to the regular shipping costs.
If a refund has been authorized,
- Nikki’s Studio will buy back your item(s) minus the shipping costs.
- Send the purchase back in its original condition, unworn, including all original packaging and documentation.
- The returned item(s) are your responsibility until it reaches me.

- You should expect to receive the refund within 1-2 weeks once I receive your return.
